Built by Tencent Cloud's CodeBuddy team, WorkBuddy lands natural-language tasks directly on the desktop: reading local files, working with spreadsheets, producing documents and slides, with MCP and skill extensions. Launch-day traffic far exceeded plan and the team scaled capacity tenfold; it became the representative of desktop office agents at scale in China.
